Selina Zemantauski
Admissions Director, Partridge-Tippett Skilled Nursing Facility & Short Term Rehab – Wesley Village Campus, Pittston, PA
Selina is a Native of Luzerne County and lives with her spouse in Moosic. She attended the Wilkes-Barre area Career and Technical School for practical nursing and began her career as an LPN in 2008. With 16 years of experience in skilled nursing care, Selina brings experience, dedication, and compassion to her current role as Admissions Director. She began her career working as a floor nurse providing compassionate care to residents and their families for over a decade before transitioning into admissions. Selina helps patients and their families navigate and understand the admission process for skilled nursing care, short-term rehab or long-term care.
Selina’s personable approach ensures each patient feels supported, whether she’s meeting them at the hospital bedside or guiding them through the admissions process. She is committed to educating families about the continuum of care at Wesley Village, offering personalized recommendations, and providing tours of the facility.

Jessica Balkan
Campus Life & Admissions Coordinator, Brooks Estates Cottages – Wesley Village Campus, Pittston, PA
With 20 years of experience in long-term care, Jessica Balkan brings a wealth of knowledge and compassion to her role as Campus Life Coordinator at Brooks Estates. Since joining United Methodist Homes in 2007, she has worked across every level of care on campus. Jessica earned her Master’s degree in Social Work from Temple University in 2012 and volunteers as a support group coordinator for the Alzheimer’s Association.
Her expertise spans clinical services, quality assurance, event planning, and financial planning as it relates to senior living. In her current role, Jessica manages the cottages and community center at Brooks Estates, ensuring residents enjoy a vibrant and fulfilling lifestyle.
Jessica believes in fostering mutual respect, honoring resident rights, and promoting autonomy. She takes an individualized approach to care, supporting each person in maintaining their highest level of well-being.

Gina Cabrera
Director of Admissions & Marketing, Myers Manor Independent Living and Anderson Personal Care – Wesley Village Campus
Born and raised in Harveys Lake, Pennsylvania, Gina Cabrera brings more than a decade of experience in customer service and over five years in case management, social services, admissions, and discharge planning to her role as Director of Admissions & Marketing. She is also proud to be the great-great-grandchild of Dr. Byron Lorenzo Avery, continuing a family legacy of service and care in her community.
Gina is known for her warm and approachable nature, strong organizational skills, and genuine dedication to helping residents and families feel supported through each step of the admissions process. Her background in communication and client-focused service allows her to create meaningful connections while ensuring a smooth and compassionate transition into senior living.
Outside of work, Gina enjoys reading and spending time with her friends, family, and beloved cat. Guided by empathy, clarity, and connection, she strives every day to make a positive difference in the lives of those she serves.

Sharon Hauver
Admissions Director, Assisted Living – Hilltop Campus, Johnson City, NY & Elizabeth Church Campus, Binghamton, NY
Born and raised in Endwell, Sharon Hauver has dedicated over 34 years to assisting seniors and their families in exploring assisted living options at United Methodist Homes. Sharon takes a compassionate and consultative approach with each resident and their family as they explore their options in assisted living. Actively involved in several community outreach committees, she works to promote and advance senior living lifestyles throughout Broome County.
Sharon will meet with potential residents and their families and is committed to dedicating as much time as is needed to ensure both residents and their families understand their options and can make informed decisions about their care. She aims to understand each individual’s needs, hopes, and desires for a senior living community, recognizing the impact these pivotal decisions have on families. With kindness, compassion, and decades of expertise, Sharon guides families through the process of finding the right fit for their loved ones.

With a deep understanding of senior living, she is dedicated to helping individuals find the right accommodations to maintain their independence and well-being.
Teresa takes a personalized approach, ensuring each resident’s needs and preferences are met. Her attention to detail and commitment to providing a safe, secure, and worry-free community help families feel confident in their decisions. Jessica Perlin
Director of Care Navigation – Hilltop Campus, Johnson City, NY
A native of Binghamton, Jessica Perlin brings over 15 years of experience in long-term care to her role as Director of Care Navigation at Hilltop Campus. A graduate of Binghamton University, she began her career in social work, where she developed a deep commitment to helping seniors find the care and support they need and deserve.
Jessica takes great pride in guiding individuals and their families through every stage of their care journey. With compassion and expertise, she works closely with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless coordination from hospital to home or community. Her goal is to make each transition as smooth and reassuring as possible while helping residents feel informed and supported every step of the way.
Since joining United Methodist Homes in 2018, Jessica has specialized in skilled nursing and short-term rehabilitative services. Whitlee Burghardt
Admissions Coordinator – Elizabeth Church Campus, Binghamton, NY
With a strong background in care management and community support, Whitlee Burghardt brings both compassion and experience to her role as Admissions Coordinator at Elizabeth Church Campus. Prior to joining United Methodist Homes, she worked as an Associate Care Manager with United Health Services, where she coordinated safe and effective discharge plans for patients and their families, collaborating closely with doctors, nurses, and therapists.
Whitlee is known for her ability to build trusting relationships, listen attentively, and help families feel supported during times of transition. Her background in social services and healthcare has given her a deep understanding of how to match individuals with the care and services they need most.
