Twelve years. That's how long Janet and Phil Zachary have been getting residents at Brooks Estates up and moving 💛
Since the very beginning of Move and Groove at the Brooks Estates Community Center, this dynamic duo has led our residents through countless classes — always with patience, encouragement, and a whole lot of laughter. They didn't just teach a fitness class. They built a community around it. We recently celebrated their retirement with cake, good drinks- Malibu Bay Breezes all around, and a room full of people who love them. 🍰🥂
Janet and Phil, thank you for twelve years of showing up for our residents' health, happiness, and joy. Brooks Estates won't be the same without your classes — but your Move and Groove spirit is here to stay. ❤️

Hilltop's America's 250th Celebration was a trip down memory lane in the best possible way! Residents came together to enjoy live music & enjoy a scoop (or two 😉) in honor of America's big milestone.

Our Myers and Brooks Estates residents took over the cafe courtyard for a s'more night done right — toasted marshmallows, melty chocolate, and spiked chocolate milk with a splash of Kahlúa. 🥛

No passport required — our ladies at Partridge Tippett traded the everyday for a little slice of paradise at our Ladies Island Getaway Gathering! There were flamingos, tropical treats, island tunes, and plenty of laughter shared between old friends and new.

Some birthdays call for cake. Jean`s called for the sky! To celebrate this incredible milestone, her family arranged a glider ride at Harris Hill Soaring Corporation in Elmira, NY — and Jean soared a half-mile above it all.
"The view from a half-mile up was spectacular!" Jean shared. "You can see for miles!"
