Every great tree begins with strong roots. For decades, the generosity of friends like you has been the root system of United Methodist Homes, giving our communities the strength to grow and helping residents live well with peace of mind, dignity, and connection.

To honor that generosity, we’ve created two new Donor Recognition Tree Displays, one at Harmony Gardens at Wesley Village and one in the VanGorden Manor Lobby at Hilltop. Each tree is filled with personalized leaves, and each leaf tells a story: a family’s gratitude, a cherished memory, or a commitment to the generations who will call our communities home.

How it works

When you make a gift to the United Methodist Homes Foundation, you can purchase a personalized leaf on the tree of your choice. Engrave it with your name, or use it to honor or remember someone special. For example: “The Smith Family – In Memory of John Jones.”

Leaf giving levels

• Bronze: $500 – $2,499
• Silver: $2,500 – $9,999
• Gold: $10,000 – $24,999
• Platinum: $25,000+

Where your gift grows

Your support helps:

• Fund capital improvements and renovations through the UMH Fund, including projects like the Hilltop Assisted Living renovation now underway and recently completed Harmony Gardens Personal Care Memory Care Neighborhod at Wesley Village.
• Expand programs that enrich residents’ lives through wellness, memory care, music, art, and meaningful engagement
• Sustain our Resident Support Program, so residents who have exhausted their personal resources can keep living in the community they call home
• Keep our campuses places of comfort, excellence, and compassionate care for generations to come
